Analysis and Reports

Generating Reports

Turn an analysis into a saved report with methodology, results, charts and limitations, then print or save it as PDF.

A report is a saved snapshot of an analysis. It keeps the results as they were when you created it, even if you later delete or change the dataset.

Create a report

  1. Run an analysis on the Statistical Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Trends or Insights page.
  2. Select Create Report and give it a name.
  3. The report opens and is listed on the Reports page.

What a report contains

  • Report name, dataset name and the date of the analysis
  • Columns and settings used (filters, interval, aggregation, bins)
  • A short description of the methodology
  • Statistics and tables
  • Charts
  • Observations and limitations

Print or save as PDF

Select Print / Save as PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens with a print-optimized layout. To create a PDF file, choose Save as PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF) as the destination. PDF creation is handled by your browser.

Delete a report

Open the report or the Reports list and select Delete. Deletion is permanent.
