1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EuroData Score website and web application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing access or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Company Information
The Service is provided by:
- Legal name: M & A Group LTDA (trade name: M & A Group)
- Registration: CNPJ 62.977.259/0001-44 · Inscrição Estadual SP 156.148.811.111
- Registered address: Rua Sta Cruz, 2187, Vila Mariana, São Paulo – SP, 04121-002, Brazil
- E-mail: support@eurodatascore.com
- Telephone: +55 12 98114-7758
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to M & A Group LTDA; “you” refers to the user.
3. Description of Services
EuroData Score is web-based data analytics software. It lets you upload structured datasets in the supported formats (CSV (.csv; comma, semicolon, tab or pipe delimited — .tsv and .txt also accepted), JSON (.json, array of objects)), check data quality, calculate descriptive statistics, analyze frequency distributions and time-based trends, explore correlations and unusual values, filter records, visualize results in charts and tables, and save or export reports.
The current list of features is described on the Features page and in the Help Center. A public demo using synthetic sample data is available before purchase.
4. Account Registration
To use the analytics workspace you need an account with a verified e-mail address. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly at support@eurodatascore.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts are personal. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You may not share your credentials or allow other people to use your account.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract to purchase access or create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
6. Software Access
Subject to these Terms and to a confirmed purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service through a web browser for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may create an account without purchasing, but the analytics tools are available only to accounts linked to a confirmed purchase. Access is verified on our servers on every request.
7. One-Time Purchase
EuroData Score — Full Access costs €42 (EUR), payable once. It is not a subscription: there are no monthly or annual fees, no activation fees and no automatic renewals. The price shown on the Pricing page and at checkout is the total price charged by our payment provider. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign-transaction fees, which are outside our control.
We may change the price for future purchases. Price changes never affect purchases already made.
8. Lifetime Access Definition
“Lifetime access” means that, after a confirmed purchase:
- the purchasing account can use the EuroData Score web application for as long as we operate the Service, without further payments;
- it includes the core features available at the time of purchase and the improvements to those features that we release;
- it does not include products or services that we may offer separately in the future;
- it is subject to the fair-use operational limits that apply to all accounts — currently 5 MB per file, 50,000 rows and 100 columns per dataset, and 50 datasets per account.
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the Service, not of the purchaser, and is not a promise that the Service will operate forever. If we ever decide to discontinue the Service, we will notify account holders by e-mail at least 90 days in advance and give them the opportunity to export their data. Lifetime access may end earlier only if the purchase is refunded or charged back, or if the account is terminated under section 20.
9. Payment Processing via Mundpay
Purchases are completed on the checkout of our payment provider, Mundpay, which processes the payment transaction. Mundpay's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
A purchase is considered confirmed only when Mundpay notifies our servers that the payment has been approved. Redirect pages or messages shown in your browser are not, on their own, proof of payment.
10. Product Delivery
The product is delivered digitally. When the payment is confirmed, access is attached to the e-mail address used at checkout. If a verified EuroData Score account with that e-mail address already exists, access is activated automatically. Otherwise, we send an activation e-mail so you can set a password (you can also request a new link at /activate).
Nothing is shipped physically. If you have not received access after your payment, contact support@eurodatascore.com with your purchase e-mail address.
11. User Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure and your account information accurate.
- Make sure you have the right to upload and process every dataset you upload, including any personal data it contains.
- Keep your own copies of important data; the Service is not a backup or archival service.
- Review analytical results critically before relying on them for any decision.
- Comply with all laws that apply to your use of the Service.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process data you are not authorized to process;
- upload malware or content designed to harm the Service or other users;
- attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, payment checks, rate limits or usage limits;
- overload the infrastructure, for example through automated mass uploads or scripted requests;
- resell, sublicense or share access to the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly permits it.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to support@eurodatascore.com instead of exploiting it.
13. Uploaded Data and User Content
You keep all rights to the datasets and other content you upload (“User Content”). Uploading User Content does not transfer its ownership to us. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to you in order to provide the Service.
We do not sell User Content, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. How we handle User Content is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete User Content at any time from your workspace.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, source code, design, text, graphics and the EuroData Score name and logo, is owned by M & A Group LTDA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, except the limited right of use described in section 6. Results you generate from your own data (such as reports and exports) are yours to use.
15. Analytical Limitations
Analyses produced by the Service are mathematical calculations and interpretations based on the data you provide. Their accuracy depends on the quality, completeness and correctness of that data and on the methods you choose. Automated observations are produced by documented statistical rules and may not be relevant to your situation.
Historical patterns, trends and correlations do not predict or guarantee future outcomes. Correlation does not imply causation. The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice, and its results should not be used as the sole basis for such decisions.
EuroData Score provides statistical analysis and informational insights. Analytical results are based on available data and do not guarantee future outcomes.
16. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, failures of third-party providers (such as hosting, e-mail or payment providers) or events beyond our reasonable control.
17. Maintenance and Updates
We may update the Service to fix errors, improve security and performance, or improve features. We will not remove core features available at the time of your purchase in a way that materially reduces the Service you paid for, unless required by law, security or a third-party change outside our control; in that case we will inform affected users. Where possible, planned maintenance will be carried out at times that minimize disruption.
18. Refunds
Every purchase includes a 60-day money-back guarantee counted from the purchase date, with no justification required. Refunds are processed through Mundpay to the original payment method. When a refund is completed, access to the analytics workspace ends, but you can still sign in to export or delete your data. The full procedure is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
19. Privacy
Our processing of personal data, including data contained in uploaded datasets, is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
20. Account Suspension and Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. Account deletion is permanent and does not by itself trigger a refund; refunds follow the Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account only if the user materially breaches these Terms, in particular the Acceptable Use rules in section 12, or if required by law. Except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, other users or to comply with law, we will notify you by e-mail, explain the reason and, where the breach can be remedied, give you an opportunity to do so. After termination we will, where lawful, give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or decisions made on the basis of analytical results, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or the rights of consumers under mandatory consumer protection law.
22. Applicable Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which these Terms do not override. This includes, where applicable, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and EEA (subject to the rules on digital content supplied immediately with your express consent) and the seven-day right of withdrawal under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, have jurisdiction over disputes. This choice of law and forum does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
24. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. For material changes we will notify account holders by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes never reduce the rights attached to a purchase already made, including its price and refund guarantee.
