Getting Started with EuroData Score

An overview of the workspace and the fastest path from your first dataset to your first report.

EuroData Score is a web-based workspace for examining structured data. You upload a table — a CSV or JSON file — and use the built-in tools to check its quality, calculate descriptive statistics, explore frequency distributions and trends over time, look for relationships between variables, and save your findings as reports.

What you need

  • A modern web browser (current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari). No installation is required.
  • An activated EuroData Score account. See Accessing Your Account.
  • A dataset in a supported format: CSV or JSON, up to 5 MB, 50,000 rows and 100 columns. See Understanding Supported File Formats.

A first session, step by step

  1. Sign in at /login. The first time you sign in, a short welcome tour introduces the workspace. You can skip it at any time.
  2. Add a dataset. Open My Datasets and upload a file, or load the synthetic sample dataset offered during onboarding if you want to try the tools first.
  3. Check data quality. The dataset page shows detected column types, missing values, duplicate rows, invalid values and the columns that need attention.
  4. Run an analysis. Use Statistical Analysis for summary statistics, Frequency Analysis for value counts and histograms, Trends for time-based aggregation, and Insights for correlations, unusual values and group comparisons.
  5. Save your work. Save an analysis to History to reopen it later, or create a Report that you can print, save as PDF or export as CSV.
