Access to the EuroData Score workspace is delivered digitally once your payment has been confirmed by our payment provider, Mundpay. Access is linked to the e-mail address used at checkout.
After your purchase
- If you do not have an account yet, we send an activation e-mail to the address used at checkout. Open the link, confirm your e-mail address and choose a password. Activation links are valid for 48 hours and can be used once. You can request a new link at /activate.
- If you already have a verified account with the same e-mail address, access is added to that account automatically. Sign in as usual.
Access is only granted after the payment is confirmed through an authenticated notification from Mundpay. The confirmation page you see after checkout cannot by itself activate access, so if a payment is still processing, your access will appear as soon as the confirmation arrives.
Signing in
- Go to /login.
- Enter your e-mail address and password, then select Sign In.
- Sessions remain active for up to 30 days on the same browser unless you sign out.
Repeated failed sign-in attempts are temporarily limited to protect your account. If this happens, wait a few minutes before trying again.
Resetting your password
- Go to /forgot-password and enter your account e-mail address.
- If an account exists for that address, we send a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour and can be used once.
- Choose a new password of at least 10 characters, then sign in with it.
Account created without a purchase
You can create an account without buying access, but the analytical tools remain locked until a confirmed purchase is linked to your verified e-mail address. The Billing page in your workspace shows your current access status.

Contact support@eurodatascore.com with the e-mail address used at checkout and, if available, your Mundpay order number. Never send your password or card details.
